• Bespoke & Custom Orders: As these pieces are woven specifically for you, the weaving process typically takes 8–12 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design.

International Express Shipping We exclusively partner with premium global carriers (DHL / FedEx Express) to provide the fastest and most secure delivery.

• Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 3–5 business days worldwide.

• Tracking: A personal tracking number will be shared via email immediately upon shipment, allowing you to follow your rug’s journey in real-time.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes To provide a transparent service, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they reach the destination country.
