In-Stock Rugs: Shipped within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Custom/Made-to-Order Rugs: Hand-woven in M'rirt, Morocco. Production takes 8-12 weeks. 

Shipping: We use DHL/FedEx Express for worldwide delivery. Delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipping.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your rug ships.

Please read this before ordering. Custom rugs take 8-12 weeks to weave.
