Returns & Refunds

In-Stock Rugs: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition.

Custom/Made-to-Order Rugs: Final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return Process:
1. Email us at ismail@kushandknots.com with order number and photos.
2. You pay return shipping via DHL or FedEx.
3. Once we receive and inspect the rug, refund is issued to original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We’ll guide you on safe packaging to protect the rug during return.
