Return Window We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all in-stock masterpieces.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in its original, pristine, and unused condition. Our team will conduct a thorough inspection upon receipt to ensure the integrity of the weave and materials.

Exclusions: Bespoke & Custom Orders Please note that custom-made, bespoke, or specifically commissioned rugs (including unique sizes or personalized designs) are final sales. These pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Given the value of our pieces, we strictly require the use of a trackable, insured express service (e.g., DHL or FedEx).

• Assistance: Our team can provide guidance on secure packaging to ensure the rug is protected during transit.

Refunds Once the item is received and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
